Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Charges

• 15 Days or more before check-in: 50% cancellation fee of the total tour package cost.
• 10 Days before check-in: 75% cancellation fee of the total tour package cost.
• 7 Days or less before check-in: 100% cancellation fee of the total tour package cost.
• No-show: No refund.

2. Written Cancellation

• All cancellations must be communicated in writing.

3. Token Amount:

• The token amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

4.Cancellation Charges for 15 Days Prior:

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the travel date will incur cancellation charges ranging from 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost.

5.Retention Charges:

• Within 15 Days of the travel date or No-show: 100% retention charges will apply.

6.No Refund for Missed or Unused Services:

• No refunds will be given for any missed or unused services, including flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or other services.

7. Advance Payment Requirement:

• The booking is subject to cancellation if the required 50% advance payment is not made.

8.Behavior Policy:

• If clients are suspected of engaging in illegal activity or violent behavior, services will be stopped immediately, and no refunds will be provided.

Cancellation Policy for Dream Hillz Adventures

___At Dream Hillz Adventures, we strive to provide our clients with unforgettable experiences. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

Cancellation Fees:

• 25% Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your booking more than 15 days prior to your check-in date.
• 50% Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your booking between 10 to 15 days prior to your check-in date.
• 75% Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your booking between 7 to 10 days prior to your check-in date.
• 100% Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your booking less than 7 days prior to your check-in date.
• No Refund for No Shows: If you do not show up for your booking, no refund will be issued.

6.Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for any missed or unused services, including but not limited to flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services.

7.Advance Payment Requirement: We reserve the right to cancel your invoice if the advance payment of 50% of the total tour package cost is not received.

8.Behavioral Policy: In the event that clients are suspected of engaging in illegal activities or violent behavior, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately, with all refunds being withheld.

9.Non-Transferable: All bookings and associated cancellation policies are non-transferable and cannot be credited to another person.
